Shipping:
If your order is placed Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm EST, the order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed Friday 1:00pm EST, Saturday $ Sunday will be shipped on Monday, If you would like the orders shipped on a certain date please enter that date in the "comment" box at the end of your order. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands require Express Service charges. For Saturday or Canadian deliveries call our shop for prices. 330 726-0669
Payment:
LS Baskets accepts VISA, Master Card and American Express. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks and money orders can be sent to LS Baskets, 7337 California Ave, Boardman, Ohio 44512 if paying with check or money order, your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and has cleared.
Substitution:
If necessary we may substitute items of equal or greater value to assure that your gift arrives on time. While we make every effort to assure the accuracy of all information in our catalog, we reserve the right to make corrections should an error occur.
Damages:
If your basket arrives damaged please report the damage within 3 days to L. S. Baskets and Gifts. We will do our best to replace any items that has been damaged. Please hold the original container until the claim is resolved.
